We have developed, built and/or marketed properties throughout southeastern Michigan.

Attention to detail is applied throughout the development process. From the design of innovative site plans to the development of marketing campaigns, Windham understands the need to employ creativity to an overall development.

Windham has ongoing relationships with experienced architectural, design, and engineering consultants. We employ the services of many reputable firms to work closely with us during the development process. This expertise has been instrumental in our successful relationships with local municipalities. We understand the concerns of public officials and find ways to address their concerns.
